This study aims to examine the effect of workload, work environment, and career development on employee performance at PT. Cipta Kreasi Nusantara in Bandung. The research involved 96 employees as respondents and utilized a quantitative approach by distributing structured questionnaires to collect primary data. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, F-tests, the coefficient of determination (R²), and hypothesis testing. The results showed that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment also has a favorable and substantial impact, and career development plays a critical role in enhancing performance. These findings highlight that effective workload management, a supportive work environment, and clear career development pathways are essential factors in improving overall employee productivity and organizational success.
